At Tathra Beach Personal Training Studio, we provide a diverse range

of group fitness classes that take place in both

our studio and stunning locations around Tathra.

Whether you're a beginner or an experienced fitness enthusiast our classes are fun and have their own unique style.

If you want to workout with like minded people who are motivating, encouraging and supportive of everyone in the group

then our classes are for you.

FIT45 & FIT60

On Monday's and Wednesday's we'll bring you FIT45.

FIT45 is a 45 minute session that combines all of our different training styles into one sweaty session!

Then on Saturday's we will be turning it up a notch with FIT60, one full hour of power.

There is a variety of high intensity, bodyweight, strength & cardio movements to keep your body guessing. It’s fun, it's challenging and designed for all fitness levels.

Intensity -Moderate - High

BoxFIT

A high-intensity boxing class that builds cardiovascular fitness while improving muscular strength and endurance.

These sessions are high energy, interactive, rewarding and help improve your balance, coordination and core strength.

Duration: 45 minutes

Intensity: High

StrongR

StrongR is a 45 minute low to moderate intensity strength and stretch class.

We focus on performing weighted movements with correct technique to build strength and improve posture.

You will feel stronger physically and mentally, sleep better, protect your joints and improve your bone density.

Two different sessions will be available on the timetable.

StrongR 4 Women

StrongR 4 Men

Duration: 45 minutes

Intensity: Low - Moderate

Ab's, Booty & Thighs

Designed for women, and one of our most loved classes, that specifically focuses on strengthening your lower body and core while toning muscles and shaping the body.

This class is also mums and bub's friendly.

Duration: 45 minutes

Intensity: Moderate

HITRT30

HIRT30 (High Intensity Resistance Training) consists of high intensity resistance exercises designed to build and strengthen your muscles.

This style of training is ideal for anyone who wants to fit both cardio and strength training into their workouts.

Feel the burn and make it HIRT so good.

Duration: 30 minutes

Intensity: High

HIIT30

Our HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) sessions will get your heart pumping with short, sharp bursts of exercise paired with short rest breaks.

These fun, full body, muscle burning sessions will leave you sweaty & energised for the day ahead.

This class welcomes all levels of fitness as exercise intensity can be decreased or increased depending on what you're comfortable with.

Circuit XPRESS

The perfect blend of small group personal training and group fitness in just 30 minutes! This pop up class is designed to fit seamlessly into your day, providing you with a quick and effective workout that will leave you feeling strong, energised, and ready to take on whatever comes your way.

From cardio intervals to strength training, resistance exercises, and bodyweight movements, this class offers a well-rounded workout that will keep you engaged and motivated throughout the session.

Duration: 30 minutes

Vinyasa YOGA

Pop Up Vinyasa Yoga.

Designed for all skill levels, Our in house Yoga instructor Katrina will guide you through a flowing and easy going practice that emphasises strength, balance, flexibility, and mindfulness. No need to worry about flexibility—this class is designed to help you relax your body and release any stress or tension.

Come and experience the perfect way to unwind and rejuvenate!
